In 1993, the winery has been translated into a new large and ergonomically designed building.
Producer's description
The winery, located in the northern part of Bavaria, since 1834 belongs to the Michael family. Once tasted the Pascal Simonutti wine, "Boire Tue", Melanie Drese and Michael Völker were impressed by its unusual taste and aroma, and after a while they realized that such a unique wine was produced without any additives, sulfur dioxide and filtration. Not one bottle of wine was drunk before Michael and Melanie decided to create new, natural wines. This is how 2Naturkinder was born.
The first crop was harvested in 2013, and already in 2015 there appeared wines with a long storage potential - "Fledermaus". In 2016, the project was created Vater & Sohn, the project of Michael and his father, whose guilt fully express the close relationship between the past and the future.
To date, the total area of vineyards is 6 hectares, they have organic certificates (or in the process of obtaining them). In addition to their own harvest, some of the Melanie and Michael grapes are bought from their friends, who also practice organic methods.
