The aroma of wine explodes tones of citrus, melon and spring flowers, hints of lemon grass and honey.
The wine is excellent as an aperitif, ideally combined with hard cheeses, such as Manchego, fresh salad with Parmesan cheese and roasted walnuts.
Waipara Hills, Riesling, 2014 - generous, crisp, easy-drinking wine with an elegant long finish. Riesling to produce this wine are grown in the valley Vaipara vineyard Mound, in soil that has a layer of clay. This adds to the complexity of the composition of the soil taste grapes and wines created from it. Riesling is going in the early morning or at night and immediately pressed to preserve fruit flavor. Sulfur is not used in the vinification of sulfur. Grape juice is fermented and defended, then the wine is aged on the lees for the next three months. The residue was stirred once a week.
