The wine is sparkling straw-yellow color.
The taste of the wine is full, with well-balanced acidity and a light salty. The finish is full and dry.
Aromatic bouquet is voluminous and very lively, with balanced notes of citrus, pineapple and white peaches.

Wine House Willie Ryan owes its birth Sabino Basso - representative of the family of famous producers of olive oil. Even during his studies at the School of Winemaking in Avellino, he hit on the idea of manufacture of wines of its own production. Sabino later shared a dream with his brother and brother-Simone Paolo Sybil. So in 1996, was based family business Willie Ryan. The name of the estate is named after the eponymous quarter of the old village, serine, where it is located. Initially, the winery equipped with direct indoor old plants for the production of olive oil. In 2009, not far from its original location, in the town of San Miguel de Serino new building was built winery, which includes a visitors' center. Villa Raiano offers dry, sparkling and dessert wines made from local grape varieties: Greco di Tufo, Fiano di Avellino, Aglianico and Falanghina. Volumes of production of wine deliberately limited in order to achieve the highest level of quality control. Willie Ryan now produces about 220,000 bottles a year.
Vineyards, owned by Basso, is processed in accordance with the principles of organic farming and are constantly improving. Their total area is about 20 hectares. To date, 80% of the berries used in the manufacture of wine farms Willie Ryan, prepared their own land estates, and 20% - with the leased sites.
