"Queulat" Gran Reserva, Carmenere - excellent dry wine with a fruity taste with velvety tannins, which blends perfectly with red meats and cheeses. The wine is made from the dominant grape variety Carmenere blend (85%) with the addition of Syrah (15%), grown in the Maipo Valley on granite and stony soils. Syrah adds an enchanting aroma of wine, the secret is in spicy shades. Drink for 14 months aged in barrels of French (70%) and American (30%) oak, giving the structure its special harmony. After bottling, the wine is still 6 months in the cellars of the factory.
