White wine Valiano Vernaccia di San Gimignano DOCG made from grapes Vernaccia grown on tuff and sand-clay soils in the area San Gimignano (Siena, Tuscany). To preserve the natural flavor unusual vinification process is carried out at low temperatures using steel tanks.
