Wine Chianti Classico Riserva from the line "Valiano" is made from a dominant Sangiovese and a small amount of Cabernet Sauvignon vineyards that are located on a gentle hill at an altitude of 200-300 meters above sea level and have a north-eastern exposure. The soils in this area are rich in lime and contain small stones, which provide good drainage effect. Vintage wine is going to create by hand in mid-October, after which each variety is sorted separately. Grapes separated from the stems and subjected gently with a soft pressing. Vinification is traditionally carried out by the skin. Maceration takes place in stainless steel tanks with thermal control, daily transfer wort extract maximizes color, soft tannins and a whole palette of aromas and flavors. Extract of wine takes place in several stages: 10 months - 50 Chapter oak barrels, 6 months - in barriques, 4 months - in bottles.
