Ripasso Valpolicella Classico Superiore - one of the best wines from Tommasi, which is manufactured by the method of "Ripasso". The method consists in re-fermentation still warm and rich in sugar cake from the magnificent Amarone. After the end of fermentation, which lasts about 8 days, the wine first 18 months aged in Slavonian oak barrels and then another 6 months develop in the bottle. This technology provides a rich, well-balanced wine, enchanting lush tones of ripe cherries and spicy hints of clove, cinnamon and black pepper. Family group Tomazzi Vitikoltori was founded in 1902, when Giacomo Tommasi purchased his first vineyard.
