Fine wine "Le Fornaci", which has quite a rich flavor with notes of peach, made from grapes Trebbiano di Lugano grown in the vineyard of the same name "Le Fornaci" on the shores of Lake Garda, Verona in a place called San Martino della Battaglia. Vineyard winery Tommasi was chosen after much research Lugano. Interesting composition of the soil of this area of glacial origin: it is composed of thin layers of clay, limestone and silt, interspersed with patches of microorganic and mineral salts. This allows the soil to grow grapes with rich aromatic bouquet of bright and intense flavor. "Le Fornaci" held for 5 months in stainless steel tanks.
Family company Tommasi Vitikoltori was founded in 1902, when Giacomo Tommasi purchased his first vineyard. Over a century of history from a small family business company has evolved into a major producer, owns 135 acres of excellent land in the best wine region of Italy - Veneto. Of particular note is the fact that Tommasi makes wine only from grapes grown on their own lands, and their unique taste they acquire through the specifics of soil represented by limestone, as well as local grape varieties that best reflect the characteristics of the terroir.
