2009 remembered the dry summer season and low yield of grapes. Spring was early, and kidneys began to blossom in the first week of March. In the early period of ripening berries to establish a relatively cool temperature, which was kept until July and was replaced by heat in August. Since mid-summer until the beginning of the harvest in September was dry weather, so the grapes reach phenolic maturity gained rich concentrated flavors with the optimum level of sugar and tannin. Early harvest will provide the perfectly balanced wine with excellent acidity and delicious organoleptic characteristics.
