Wine of deep dark red color.
Wine gives full, bright, rounded, moderately tart, velvety taste with soft acidity, hints of ripe red and black fruit, notes of precious woods and spices.
Wine charms rich, intense flavor, in which the tone of figs, prunes and cherries infused with intonations of sandalwood, violet, smoked meat, red pepper and cloves.

Well structured, powerful and juicy red wine St. Pauls, Lagrein is made from grapes Lagreyn - autochthonous varieties of South Tyrol. For making wine using a fully ripened, carefully selected grapes harvested in the best areas of vineyards located in the municipality of Gries near Bolzano.
