Beer is a deep bronze color with a large beige froth.
In the smooth taste of beer, sweet malt notes are well balanced with floral nuances of the English hops and spicy nuances. The aftertaste is bitter, protracted.
The aroma of beer felt flower and earth notes of hops and sweet malt shades (toffee, fruit).

"Admiral's Ale" was first brewed in 2005, the year the 200th anniversary of the Battle of Trafalgar. For the manufacture of beer were used Cornish Gold malt and hops and Cascade Celia grown in Cornish. Malt held a special roasting, allowing al develops a more intense color and deep flavor than conventional barley malt. Combined, the ingredients create the perfect balance of spicy and floral hop tones and sweet biscuit, fruit and toast nuances of malt.
