Color

Interesting Facts

"Admiral's Ale" was first brewed in 2005, the year the 200th anniversary of the Battle of Trafalgar. For the manufacture of beer were used Cornish Gold malt and hops and Cascade Celia grown in Cornish. Malt held a special roasting, allowing al develops a more intense color and deep flavor than conventional barley malt. Combined, the ingredients create the perfect balance of spicy and floral hop tones and sweet biscuit, fruit and toast nuances of malt.
"Admiral's Eil" - an award-winning ales, won the highest number of awards, won first place at the "Taste of the West Competition, 2009" and won the "International Beer Challenge, 2008".

Brewery St Austell, founded in 1851 by Walter Hicks from the Corniche, and to this day remains an independent family brewery that produces many of the most popular beers for sale in pubs, bars and supermarkets in the native Cornwall in the UK and abroad. In 1851, Walter Hicks started out as a master vintner and malting. Both lines of business remain valid for the company until now. In addition to the manufacture of beer, St. Austell is a leading wholesale supplier in the southwest of England, providing the beer, cider, wine and other alcoholic and soft drinks almost 5,000 bars, restaurants, hotels, pubs and clubs. High standards of beer manufactured in St Austell, and a constant desire to improve it are marked by high awards received at international beer competitions.
