Sweet dessert wine Late Harvest Semillon from Sileni Estates is made from grapes of a late harvest Semillon. Grapes grown on dry gravel soils that are ideal for a good harvest this variety. Berries are harvested late in the season, when they reach maximum ripeness. The fermentation process is carried out in stainless steel containers at controlled temperatures. Fermentation stops when the desired level of sugar. The wine has a storage capacity of 5-6 years.
