Wine of golden color with a touch of ginger
The taste of the wine - soft, thin, with great balance between sweetness and luxurious frosty freshness. The finish is medium length, with hints of orange marmalade and beeswax.
The distinctive aroma of the wine shows typical notes of the best sweet white wines: caramelized fruit, tropical fruit, citrus and honey collected from white flowers.

The level of residual sugar in the wine Chateau des Arroucats, 2009 assigns it to a class sweet white wines. In spite of the high sugar content, the wine has a soft and well-balanced taste. Sweetness is formed by botrytis - a special type of fungus that forms on the noble rot grapes. Botrytised grapes gives the wine complexity, complemented by a pleasant acidity that gives the wine a sweet harmony of taste. The area of vineyards Chateau des Arruka economy is 23 hectares. The average age of the vines - 30 years. Grapes are grown on clay-limestone soils with a high content of gravel. The harvest ripens late, at the end of October. Family business Chateau des Arruka was founded after the war by Mr. Labate and to date has had several generations of owners. In 1990 it was inherited by the daughter of Mr. Labate - Lapouge Annie, who worked on the development and modernization of the wine sector until the year 2000. The company Sichel (Sishel) was founded in 1883 when the family moved to Bordeaux Sishel, and decided to take her head negotsiantskim business (before the family traveled a lot around Europe).
