Grape varieties Merlot and Cabernet Franc to create a red wine "Chateau Tassin", collected in the optimum degree of maturity. At the winery the must is fermented in steel tanks at controlled temperature of 28-30 ° C. These are ideal conditions for a successful fermentation (alcoholic and malolactic) and maceration, which lasts from 2 to 4 weeks depending on the vintage. Sichel company was founded in 1883 when the family moved to Sishel Bordeaux, and decided to take her head negotsiantskim business (before the family traveled a lot around Europe). Great-grandson of the founder, the Englishman Peter Sishel arrived in Bordeaux in 1960, and 12 years later, in 1972, was elected President of the Association of Wine Merchants Bordeaux. One of the important achievements of Peter was the restoration of the old estates in Margaux - Chateau d'Angludet, acquired in 1961.
