The wine has a fleshy, fruity taste with excellent depth, sweetness and bright acidity. In the air the taste of wine becomes deeper and gets smoky shade, but remains as fresh, juicy and fruity.
The wine has a smoky aroma with hints of pear, quince and herbal tea. Depth of flavor attach notes of white tobacco.
The wine goes well with spicy Mediterranean dishes such as seafood salad with melon and orange or sweet passion fruit sauce. Wine can also be a good complement to grilled fillet of sea urchin, fish sauce, shellfish or risotto with mushrooms.
Three generations of the family Kyuyerona Yves (Yves Cuilleron) produced wine from both father and mother. They owned vineyards on prironskih terraces constructed by the Romans.
In 1920, Yves grandfather paternal Claude Kyuyeron established economy. By 1947 he began to sell his wine in bottles. In 1960, Uncle Yves Antoine Kyuyeron becomes manager of the company. Yves graduated from one of the best schools in France and oenological trained winemakers in the Rhone. In 1987 Yves begins to work in the company and decided to settle in the village Verlё where his mother grew up. In the same year, Yves gets 3.5 ha of land in Condrieu and Saint Joseph's, and in 1989 in Cote Rotie.
