Wine Collio Bianco "Col Disore" is made from several grape varieties grown in Russits Superiore, in the commune of Capriva del Friuli, at an altitude of 80 meters above sea level. The soils of this hilly area, formed during the Eocene, represent an alternation of marl (clay and silty limestone) and sandstone. The proximity of the Adriatic Sea and the Alps creates unique favorable climatic conditions for ripening grapes. The grapes are harvested by hand in mid-September, and about 5% of the crop is removed in October. Destebliruyut berries. The juice and pulp obtained after careful pressing, cold maceration. Fermentation takes place in oak barrels volume of 15-30 hectoliters. Then the wine is aged on the lees for 12 months and a year in bottles.
Wine "Kohl Dizore" made under the supervision of Marco Felluga family, a dynasty of winemakers with more than hundred years of history will appreciate the potential of the climate and soil of Collio in terms of production of wines with great structure. The philosophy of wine production Russits Superiore suggests a close relationship process with regional grape growing. The so-called "Project aging white wines" involves the production of wines that are good at a young age, but have excellent storage potential, as is becoming increasingly wealth bouquet of aromas and complex mineral taste. Collio Bianco "Col Disore" became one of the first wines created by the project.
