Elegant wine "Rubiolo" made from Sangiovese with a small addition of Merlot. Grapes grown on a small vineyard at an altitude of about 500 meters above sea level on the marl soils of medium texture. Planting density is 5,000 vines per hectare, yield - 4500 kg per hectare. Harvested in small boxes. After fermentation at a controlled temperature and maceration for 15 to 18 days, the wine is aged in two-three-year French oak barrels (1/3), another third - wooden vats and the rest - in steel tanks. Then the wine is bottled and refined bottled under strict thermal control for at least 3 months before entering the market.
