Soft, rounded, beverage wine with notes of blackberry, mint chocolate and ripe velvety tannins in a well-balanced taste. Juicy aftertaste filled with notes of plum jam and brown sweet spices.
Tantalizing, alluring aroma of the wine is woven from notes of cherry jam, black currant, plum, licorice, mocha, eucalyptus and peppermint.
Wine is recommended to combine with pasta, lamb, duck and game.
Dry red wine Rosemount Estate, Shiraz-Cabernet is made of two grape varieties - Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz grown in the best vineyards of south-eastern Australia. The grapes are harvested at optimum ripeness stage berries. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel vats. For a thicker body and volume texture of the young wine is aged for 5 months in barrels of American and French oak.
