"La Senoba" - Spanish red wine come from Rioja. The wine is made from grapes Tempranillo and Graciano, grown at an altitude of 620 meters above sea level. The combination of Atlantic winds, the continental climate, generous Spanish sun and lime-clay soils interspersed with gravel create the ideal terroir for the cultivation of fine grapes from which to create at least a fine wine. Like all wines from the Rioja region, "La Cenobio" valued for the depth and subtlety of flavor and aroma, the wine will surprise you with a sophisticated palette of fruit with mineral shades, to "get" the blame of the ancient soil and chalk. The wine is aged in barrels for 12 months, which in turn enriches the tannic structure of wine and exquisite flavor.
