White pearl sparkling wine Riondo, Prosecco "Spago Nero" DOC is created from the grape variety Glera (Prosecco). It has a refined, fruity taste and a bright, fresh fragrance. The process of wine making consists of a stage of cold maceration and natural fermentation at controlled temperature under pressure in stainless steel tanks. Before coming on the market, sparkling wine is aged for 1 month in bottles. Prosecco "Spago Nero" is excellent as an aperitif, as well as in combination with fish, seafood, shrimp, cheese and fruit.
