Rich, full-bodied, medium dry taste of the wine is characterized by a soft tannin structure, sweetish hints of strawberry, dark cherry, plum, light nuances of pepper and toast.
Nice aroma of wine is made of notes of ripe dark berries, dark cherry and pepper.
The wine goes well with red meat, barbecue, vegetables, sausages and cheeses.
Ra Nui, Marlborough Wairau Valley Pinot Noir - a beautiful high quality wine, the key to success which are excellent terroir, which is grown Pinot Noir and handmade growers and winemakers - from planting vines to bottling in limited quantities. The grapes for making wine is grown on the two portions of different characteristics. Voses different clones of Pinot Noir give a small crop with a concentrated flavor. After fermentation, the wine is kept in French oak barrels for 9 months, regularly monitor the contents of each barrel. After bottling Pinot Noir matures in the cellars of the winery for another three months.
