After three years of drought in 2010 came very wet winter with lots of rainfall. Despite the hot, dry summer rain, the vines fueled by groundwater, and thanks to the September rains crop yield was high.
In 2004, the estate has become a group of investors and management of Quinta da Romaneira passed into the hands of Christian Seely and Antonio Agrellosa that over the past 18 years have revived least known economy - Quinta do Noval.
