Dry white wine Ribolla di Oslavia Riserva is made from grapes of Ribolla Jala, which was grown in the vineyards of Collio region Azienda Primosic. The vineyards are located on the sandy soils mergelievyh. The crop was harvested by hand and was careful sorting. Grapes were placed in open vats where the wort was in contact with the skin for 6 days without temperature control. Fermentation lasted 500-600 liter barrels at a controlled temperature of 18 ° C.
