The wine is golden brown.
This wine has a powerful, meaty taste with dominant notes of yellow fruit (pear, quince). Oiliness in conjunction with well-integrated acidity give the wine a little tinge of smoke and fat. Pleasant, elegant finale.
The wine has a scent with notes of quince, apricot, peach and nectarine, shaded smoky bitterness.
Wine perfectly complements the rich and savory dishes such as foie gras, duck breast, white meat under various sauces (especially wine). Also goes well with fish, especially smoked salmon, turbot, sole. Well suited to Asian cuisine.
