Back home in the mid-90s, Jean succeeded his father in the winery and in 1995 received his first crop. Family Vineyards occupy 13 hectares around Niedermorschwihr. 80% of the vineyards are classified as Grand Cru, among them - the famous Sommerberg and Brand. Jean Boksler very carefully refers to the vineyards and vines growing with organic methods. His favorite variety is Riesling with great texture and fragrant Pinot Gris. Boksler annually produces about 5,000 bottles. Magazine "France Magazine 2007" wrote about the wines Albert Boxler, that "it is one of the most interesting wines of Alsace exclusively from grapes from their own vineyards. All Rieslings Bokslera very intense in flavor and structured, with an abundance of fine acidity."

Jean Boksler himself says: "My fault - not a classic and modern. My style - natural. Nature makes the wine, not me. We do not cater to customers, we work with the earth and care about its safety. It is an old tradition in our home."
