The taste of wine is soft, open, airy, with notes of dark red cherries, licorice and savory, with great structure and an impressive finish.
The wine has a wonderful aroma, which fruity notes harmoniously complemented by hints of candied fruit, nuances of milk chocolate, graphite and chalk dust.
The wine goes well with appetizers, barbecue, beef stroganoff, beef jerky, stuffed cabbage, roast guinea fowl, pigeon dishes, rabbit, risotto, game and aromatic pastes.
Tua Rita - this winery Rita Tua and Virgilio Bisti, who in 1984 bought the estate and vineyards. The winery is located in Notri in Suvereto, situated at an altitude of 100 meters above sea level. Today Tua Rita stretches for 50 hectares, of which 30 hectares are vineyards. Production is 110,000 bottles a year, the lineup consists of five red and two white wines. They are exported to 55 countries.
