Wine Penfolds, "Bin 128" Shiraz, 2009
Wine raspberry-red color.
Taste wine medium density, elastic, young, bright, with notes of fresh fruit, raspberry, plum and elderberry, unobtrusive oak nuances, shades of white chocolate, fruit pastes, velvety tannins and refreshing acidity on the finish line alive.
The first wave of layered flavor wine offers tempting savory nuances of dried herbs, basil, cola, Chinese spices, malt and soya. Further notes of red fruits intertwined with aromas of stewed rhubarb, after which come the nuances of cedar and black pepper.
The wine goes well with lamb, cooked with herbs and Moroccan spices, pie golubyatinoy, roast beef.
