Grapes are bright, fruity flavor and aroma, which in turn determined the reception of fine aromatic wine. The crop was harvested by hand and placed to ferment in open vats. Then, 10% of the wort was transferred to the new American oak barriques where fermentation is completed. The wine is aged in barrels made of American (25%) and French (75%) oak for at least 20 months. "Jones Block" Shiraz, 2011 2015 was marked by a gold award in the competition Sydney International Wine.
