Dry red wine "Señorío de Uñuela" Reserva is made from Tempranillo grapes. The harvest is collected from special sites located in the area №3, allocated for the cultivation of grapes to create a red wine with a long and extra long (more than five years) exposure period. These vineyards are located on the plateau and the slopes at an altitude of 550-590 meters above sea level. vineyards Soil - lime-clay. Calcium contained in the lime of the soil gives the wine a bright, deep color and high phenolic. Clay helps retain moisture necessary for proper growing vines, ripening and accumulation of the optimal level of acidity to the collection point. Cold pre-fermentation and fermentation at a temperature not above 25 ° C ensure complete extraction of tannins, color and fruity aroma. After the alcoholic fermentation the wine is aged in American oak barrels and in bottles for at least 3 years.
