Pasqua, Valpolicella DOC - dry wine of deep red color, filled with generous fruity flavor in taste and aroma. The vineyards are located in the commune of Valpolicella, on limestone-clay soils rich in minerals. Wine-making is carried out using traditional methods of maceration on the skins. Berry fermented under controlled conditions of temperature. At the end of fermentation processes wine poured into stainless steel containers, where it is stored for 3-4 months. In addition, the wine matures in bottles for another 2-3 months.
