Pasqua, Soave DOC - a light, fresh wine with hints of almond in taste and delicate aroma. Made from a blend of varieties Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave. The vineyard is located in the province of Soave, in the north-east of Verona, on soils of volcanic origin. Hand-picked harvest is vinified and macerated on the skins for 6-8 hours. The resulting mash passes for easy cleaning. Then the wine is fermented by adding yeast, and is left for maturation in stainless steel vats. In addition, the wine is aged in the bottle.
