Pasqua, Nero d'Avola, Terre Siciliane IGT - soft, velvety wine with a delicate aroma. Made from grapes of Nero d'Avola. The vineyard is located in the northwestern part of Sicily, Trapani region, between the cities of Erice and Segesta. Vinification is the traditional method used for red grapes, followed by maceration on the skins at a controlled temperature. Berries gently pressed so as to keep anthocyanins, affect the color saturation. Then the wine takes alcohol and malolactic fermentation. At the end of the wine is bottled.
