Pasqua, Bardolino DOC - red, semi-dry wine made from a blend of varieties Corvina Veronese, Rondinella, Molinara. The vineyards are located in the municipality of Bardolino, from the south-east side of Lake Garda. In the process of vinification of the grapes macerated on the skins for 8-10 hours, then fermented under controlled conditions of temperature to enhance the flavor of fruit. Wine matures for 3-4 months in steel vats and bottled.
In 2014, Pasqua, Bardolino DOC received the Gold award at the Berliner Wein Trophy.
