Wine label Pacific Rim Dry Riesling on the idea of the author displays capricious and changeable female character. These properties are known and famous Riesling grape, so the wine can be described as a very sophisticated and feminine. Randal Graham came up with an unusual type of Riesling bottles during dinner at a Japanese restaurant. He borrowed a female images of the paintings on the walls and carved figurines of napkins. "The label their Riesling I wanted to see the girl, who had just put down the book she was reading. Most serious book, maybe about phenomenology. So she sits and dreams. We look through the bottle and see her dreams" - this is how he described his vision of the label and the image of this gentle wine.
Bonnie Doon Vineyards manufacturer Wynyard located in California, whose climate and soil resemble Sredizemnorskoe coast than Bordeaux or Burgundy. Production owns Randall Graham, known for his unusual biography and non-trivial approach to winemaking. As a student, he started an apprenticeship Graham harvest wine warehouse, where he tried a variety of unique French wines. Obsessed with the idea to make the best American wine from Pinot Noir, it acquires land in the mountains of Santa Cruz, which local nicknamed Bonnie Doon. Although Graham's dream was not to be realized, as all his attempts failed, he soon plants this site different varieties of grapes, from which later turned out the most unusual and eccentric wines.
