Tasting Notes


The wine is golden brown.


At the heart of the taste of wine - cold mineral foundation with notes of pear ice in the center, framed by hints of white flowers and sweet spices. Fragrant, strict, almost harsh, icy taste completed aftertaste expectancy with notes of crushed chalk.


Calls, fresh aroma of the wine is filled with notes of white peach, ground ginger, halftones raw almonds, verbena and lanolin.


Wine is an excellent aperitif, goes well with soft cheeses, cheeses with mold, freshwater fish, light vegetable salads, seafood, and fresh sweet fruit.

Interesting Facts

Dry white wine Pinot Grigio, 2012 its special, rich flavor obliged unique soil and climate characteristics of the vineyard "Punggl." Vines on this site - very mature age of 80 years or more. Soil - clay, rich in minerals and well-warmed hot Italian sun. All this produces wines with excellent structure, perfectly balanced acidity, stability and power of taste. After fermentation, the wine is aged in steel tanks for 5 months. Potential wine storage - 2-5 years. Pinot Grigio, 2012 will be an excellent aperitif and an excellent accompaniment delicate light meals.

In 1985, two farms - Nalles (founded in 1932) and Magre-Niclara (founded in 1954) began to mutually beneficial cooperation, the purpose of which was to unite the best wine producers of the appellation Alto Adige, located in South Tyrol. Currently, about 140 farmers grow grapes for Nals-Margreyd on 150 hectares of vineyards, located at an elevation of 200 to 900 meters above sea level. Protected from the north to the southern Alps and warm Mediterranean sun, they differ in the composition of the soil, the age of the vines and microclimate. Each zone has its own characteristics that contribute to the cultivation of high-quality local grape varieties. Under the leadership of chief enologist Harald Shraffalya, employees of a small winery, armed with a wealth of experience and new ideas, adhering to local traditions and using the latest technology creates unique terroir wines with high purity, its own character and convey the unique Alto Adige.
