Vineyards Monteraponi estates are located mainly in the valley at an altitude of Arbi 420-570 meters above sea level and covers only 10 hectares. Wine farms produce mainly of Sangiovese (90%), to which is added a small amount of grape varieties Canaiolo and Colorino. Fermentation takes place in cement wine baths, and endurance - in large oak barrels.
