Wine "Terre del Noce" is made from Chardonnay grapes grown at the foot of the Italian Dolomites to the north of Lake Garda. The vineyards are located at an altitude of 200-500 meters above sea level. The special microclimate due to the abundance of mountain lakes and the cool winds from the glaciers, allows to grow grapes with a very expressive and fresh aromas and taste. Grapes are harvested by hand and aged in stainless steel tanks at temrerature 18-20 ° C.
Medzakorona Winery, founded in 1904, is one of the first producers' associations in Italy. This winery has a total of 2,400 hectares of vineyards in Trentino-Alto Adige. All wines are made exclusively from grapes of their own crops. Different climate zones (Mediterranean, continental and mountain climate) allowed different grape varieties to find their ideal habitat to express the best organoleptic characteristics. The winery is equipped with the most modern equipment available today. The winery is an excellent example of good practice. Wine production takes place in steel tanks at controlled temperatures.
