The wine has a languid, sweet, velvety taste with hints of ripe cherry and hints of plum jam. There is a seductive spice, against which exude elegant tannins.

Semi-sweet red wine "Casal dei Ronchi" refers to the wines Recioto, produced at low temperature with minimal fermentation, using classical techniques "appassimento" and decantation. "Casal dei Ronchi" is created from the three traditional grape varieties (Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara) collected in old vineyards Serego Alighieri. After collecting the dried grapes in wooden boxes, losing up to 40% by weight, covered with "noble rot" and increasing the sugar content. After passing the wort is subjected to the soft spin minor fermentation followed by filtration to remove yeast. Thus, the conditions for the birth of a natural sweet taste. Masi family winery located in the region of Veneto Valpolicella in the east, is a dynamic and innovative company. The name of the winery takes its name from the first vineyard "Vaio dei Masi" - "Little Valley Ointments" acquired Boskaini family in 1772. The total area of vineyards Masi is 160 ha 17 vineyards located in the classic Valpolicella zone and 8 vineyards in Bardolino and Soave.
