The wine is made of grapes Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara, growing in loose red soils rich in limestone, the eponymous vineyard "Casal dei Ronchi", which is located in the commune of Sant'Ambrogio di Valpolicella, in Garganyago.
Harvest Wine "Casal dei Ronchi" in 2008 began on 27 August. Climatic conditions during the year there is a favorable way for the maturation of the grapes.
