The taste of wine is well structured, demonstrates a good balance of acidity and delicately integrated tannins. Juicy tones of ripe fruit combined with hints of lime and flow into a long aftertaste.
Fresh aroma of wine abounds notes of citrus fruit and mineral accents.
The wine is best combined with white meat, seafood, fish delicacies. It can also be served with paella and hard cheeses.
"Marques de Borba" Branco - a wonderful dry white wine with a wonderful fruity aroma and fresh taste. For its creation in the region of Alentejo grow grapes varieties Arinto, Antao WSF Verdello and Viognier. A magnificent blend perfectly conveys varietal characteristics, surprising saturated structure and balance of acidity and tannins. Crop is harvested by hand early in the morning in order to preserve the natural freshness of the berries. Fermentation is carried out at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
