"Le Ciliegie" Dolcetto d'Alba - typical wine from the Piedmont region, which can be drunk every day, enjoying its fresh fruity flavor with low acidity and well integrated tannins. Dolcetto grape varieties to produce this wine harvested in mid-October, the press and the must is left for maceration of the skin. After fermentation, the wine is aged for 11 months in steel tanks.

Here Giovanni Manzoni in 1925 bought an old manor house of the local priest and began to engage in winemaking. In 1965, only added to the possessions of top-class vineyards in the hills broken Gramolere and Castelletto. Today, business is concentrated in the hands of great-grandchildren Giovanni - Mauro and Mirella Manzoni, who grew up here and were educated to become excellent specialists in winemaking. The area of vineyards is only 8 hectares and annual production - only 50,000 bottles, but Manzoni still manages to surprise every bottle, every sip of wine, which felt its exceptional quality.
