"Manfredi" Spumante Extra Dry Cuvee is a white, sparkling dry wine that has a bright fruity-floral aroma and a rich, mild taste with a good kilo. Wine is made from white grapes grown in Piedmont. Manfredi Spumante Extra Dray is very versatile. It is recommended to serve it very chilled as an aperitif or for the whole meal. Especially good wine is combined with fish dishes.
The history of the company Manfredi Aldo & C. began in the late 30-ies of the XX century, when Giuseppe Manfredi, nicknamed Pin, purchased vineyards in Lang and turned the family tradition of winemaking into the main activity. In the sixties, his very young son Aldo began working side by side with his father, helping him in the basement and selling wine. He continues to work in the company to this day. In the eighties, Gianfranc's wife and brother Luigi joined Aldo. Continuing to follow the road ahead, the Manfredi family company has firmly established itself on its feet, establishing new partnerships and winning foreign markets with its products (USA, Japan, Canada, China and all of Europe). The winery and cellars of the company are equipped with modern machinery that controls the production from pressing the grapes to bottling the wine in bottles, and the own laboratory carries out strict quality control of the products.
