"Kriter" Blanc de Blancs Demi-Sec - very elegant sparkling wine with lovely fruit notes in the bouquet and excellent balance between freshness and sweetness on the palate. Wine is created by the method of Sharma from grapes Chardonnay and Chenin Blanc grown in the temperate continental climate of Burgundy on clay-calcareous soils. Extract of wine on the lees lasted at least 9 months.
Brand "criteria" is owned by Patriarche Pere et Fils, which has emerged as negotsiantsky house "Patriarchal" back in 1780, when Jean-Baptiste Patriarchal acquired land and building of the former convent and gave it a basement for storage best Burgundy wines.
