Wine "Koonung Hill" Shiraz Cabernet is created from premium grapes from vineyards in South Australia, including McLaren Vale, Barossa and the Limestone Coast. Blend of wines made in the traditional Australian style: Shiraz gives the wine a fleshy fruit flavor, while the Cabernet Sauvignon provides a fine-grained tannins and balanced structure. After fermentation, the majority of the wine matured for 12 months in American and French oak barrels, and a smaller component was kept in stainless steel tanks to preserve the fruitiness in the spotlight. Staying true to its roots and style, "Koonunga Hill" Shiraz Cabernet shows steady progress from vintage to vintage. Increasing the aroma and richness of fruit, smoothness and depth of this wine develops outstanding storability in the medium term. Thus, the 2012 vintage will be developed until 2019. This region is one of the six states of Australia, which has long been involved in wine production and produces about half of the alcohol production of the country every year.
