Karthauserhof, Riesling trocken - juicy, refreshing wine made from Riesling grapes that grow in the vineyards in the village Aytelsbah. The soils here - clay and shale, rich in minerals, especially iron, which allows you to collect high-quality crop, which is grown without the use of chemicals. Vinification takes place in a vaulted cellar under the building of the winery. The process of fermentation and aging of wine for 6 months are in stainless steel.
Riesling Trocken harmonizes with salads, fish, chicken and pork. The wine can be drunk now or endure at least until 2016.
Winery "Karthauserhof" is located in the region Aytelsbah total vineyard area of 19 hectares, which is cultivated Riesling (90%) and other grape varieties.
