Karthauserhof, Riesling Spatlese - dry white wine with a luxurious aroma notes of melon, quince and peach created from Riesling grapes that grow in the vineyards in the village Aytelsbah. The soils here - clay and shale, rich in minerals, especially iron, which allows you to collect high-quality crops grown without the use of chemicals. Vinification takes place in a vaulted cellar under the building of the winery. The process of fermentation and aging of wine are made in stainless steel tanks.

Winery "Karthauserhof" is located in the region Aytelsbah total vineyard area of 19 hectares, which is cultivated Riesling (90%) and other grape varieties.
