Karthauserhof, GG Riesling trocken - well-structured wine with a rounded taste. The wine is created from Riesling grapes, which grows on the best vineyards with the classification "Grosse Gewachse" (GG), comparable to the Grand Cru. The soils are rich in minerals, especially iron, which allows you to collect high-quality crop. Vinification takes place in a vaulted cellar under the building of the winery.
