Karthauserhof, Alte Reben Riesling Spatlese - juicy, refreshing wine made from Riesling grapes that grow in the vineyards in the village Aytelsbah. The soils here - clay and shale, rich in minerals, especially iron, which allows you to collect high-quality crops grown without the use of chemicals. Vinification takes place in a vaulted cellar under the building of the winery. The process of fermentation and aging of wine for 6 months are in stainless steel.
