J.Moreau & Fils, Blanc - fresh young wine that is suitable for everyday use. It is produced from the grape varieties Chardonnay, Folle Blanche, Ugni Blanc and Chenin Blanc grown in the vineyards in the south of France and in the Loire Valley. Cold fruit fermentation takes place at a temperature of 18 ° C in stainless steel tanks. Before bottling the wine is aged for 6 months.
In 1814, a young Cooper Jean-Joseph Moreau married the daughter of the local wineries and decided to open a store in the Chablis. This was the beginning of the house Moreau. For two hundred years, the company is a benchmark not only among producers of Chablis, but also outside the region. Since 1920 J.Moreau & Fils began to export its wines internationally. To date, the winery is working with 50 winegrowers, taking control of all the processes of viticulture: site selection, care of the vines, selecting and harvesting. In 1997, the company buys winery Boisset, a member of the "Family of Great Wines" (FGV). In 2006 the company produced Zh.Moro & Fils qualitative renewal of the brand, which was enthusiastically accepted in the international press. Boisset family business began in 1961 when the parents of the current owner Jean-Charles Boisset founded the winery in Burgundy - known far beyond the French wine region. Jean-Charles Boisset was born in the village of Vougeot in the land of Burgundy. Since childhood, he was surrounded by centuries-old vineyards and old wine cellars of the castle Clos Vougeot. Love for his native land and the vine Jean-Charles inherited from parents, and winemaking became his life's passion.
