Wine Djeiran Tauz manufactured by Ismayilli Wine from red grapes grown in Azerbaijan, in a picturesque region of Ismayilli. The vines are cultivated with organic methods in harmony with the environment and without the use of pesticides and herbicides. Fully ripe grapes are harvested by hand and sent to the winery for processing. The wine is produced by classical technology, according to the old traditions of Azerbaijan winemaking.
Vineyards economy Ismayilli Vine area of 360 hectares, grows mainly on the southern slopes, located at 1,100 meters above sea level. The farm used only biological cultivation techniques, in order to maintain a natural balance of the environment. In use as a fertilizer only biologically pure components of vegetable or animal origin, and chemicals, herbicides and pesticides generally are excluded. Harvesting is done by hand, but when it reaches full maturity. Favorable climatic conditions and soil composition contribute to the maximum accumulation in the berries of biologically active substances.
